What We Do

We are a small family and friend run, Christian organization working to bring baby loss resources, support, and keepsakes to families.  Many families do not know where to look or how to search for these resources.  We help parents find support groups, where they can apply for a stillbirth certificate, and any other requests a family may have.

The little love foundation was started because we have felt the pain of losing a baby, not having enough keepsakes, not knowing what to do after baby was born, we all started from a place of feeling like there wasn't any places for families who had been through a baby loss.

It is well known that about 1 in 4 women suffer from the loss of a baby in some way.  This could be miscarriage,  stillbirth, or Infant loss.  The loss of a baby no matter how small, is still the loss of a baby.  Many women give birth to a very tiny baby.  This can be caused by preterm labor, stillbirth, or twin to twin transfusion.  Most hospitals have very limited or no items to provide parents with.  It is so painful to not be able to dress your tiny baby. That why we began to make our outfits.

Our Care Packages
We work very hard on our care package program.  We supply hospitals with specialty clothing, hats, and blankets in a variety of sizes so there is something for the tiny babies as well. We do this "so no baby goes naked".

For Babies 14 weeks and under: We make stretch to fit hats and blanket swaddles, made from very soft material so these fragile babies can be wrapped up and held.

For babies 15-36 weeks:
We provide tiny clothing. We have four different sizes of easy dress-baby hospital gowns. We also provide a double sided blanket to lay baby on.  This makes them easier to dress as well as adds support so they can be held.

We make many gowns gender neutral, so they are suitable for both girls and boys. (neutral is also good for the earlier gestation babies who's gender might not be known until after karyotype testing). Every parent will receive two hats and gowns so that they can change the baby, and keep the first outfit baby ever wore, and a blanket they held them in. We also include helpful information to hospitals and parents with our care packages.  This helps parents know what options they have and how they can they can spend their time with baby.

By donating to our cause, you can help clothe a tiny baby that would other wise go naked.
*Any money raised is used to donate care packages to Hospitals.

Resources
Since there are so many families who don't  know their are any baby loss resources out there, we try to keep many current resources available.  Such as Books, Support Groups, Remembrance Items, Special Condition Support, Bible Studies, Support for Siblings and Fathers, also Financial Assistance for Burial/Cremation

We have some pintable pages  (Helping family know what decisions need to be made, and how to spend time with baby) you can donate these to your hospital with memory boxes, or donations of blankets or teddy bears. We also have put together a list of resources to provide a range of support, please see these on our "Helpful Resources" page.

We also have a private support group you can join on Facebook.  Where only members can see your posts.  If you are a parent who has been through a baby loss please request to join.
